HEALTH & SAFETY POLICY

We are now meeting in-person.

TH is delighted to welcome you to our in-person Sunday services. We would love our members and visitors to have a phenomenal experience in a COVID safe environment by reducing the risk and spread of COVID infection as much as possible.

To do this effectively, we will have to look out for one another and protect one another.

With this in mind, we would like to highlight the following:

Our promise to you (What we will do)

  • Cleaning of high traffic points.

  • Provision of hand sanitisers, face masks and visible signage reminding all attendees of the importance of hand washing and maintaining social distances in enclosed or crowded environments.

  • We will continually encourage people to remain sensitive to the needs of others, respect their space and the need to social distance if they feel it is necessary to protect their health.

  • We will continue to monitor and review our processes in line with the changing landscape and will endeavour to inform you of major updates. We will also keep checking the gov.uk website for the latest guidance.

How you can help (What we need from you)

We encourage you to check for updates regularly on the gov.uk website for the latest guidance. We all have the duty of care to protect each other by ensuring to the best of our ability that we do not spread COVID-19.

1.     Please STAY AT HOME and attend our virtual service if:

  • You feel unwell.

  • You have the main COVID symptoms of a high temperature, chills, continuous cough, loss of taste or smell.

  • You have other symptoms that may be suggestive of COVID: headache, sore throat, cold, blocked or runny nose, shortness of breath, nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea.

2.     Please immediately self-isolate and arrange a COVID PCR test if:

  • You have returned from a country on the red list.

  • You have returned from an amber list country and you are not fully vaccinated. Further detailed guidance is on gov.uk website -COVID 19 guidance and support.

  • You are over 70 or on the clinically extremely vulnerable list, we would advise you continue to attend our virtual Sunday services. If you choose to attend in-person, you should minimise contact with those outside of your household or bubble.

3.    You notice any symptom or test positive after attending our service, please notify us by calling 01727576085 or by sending an email to admin@transformationhouse.org.uk so we can make other members of the Church aware and take appropriate actions.
